Who we are
OCHealthGroup is a consulting and education-focused company committed to helping people take ownership of their health — at work, in sport, and in life.
The idea for OCHealthGroup was born while our founder was completing his undergraduate degree and working part-time in factories and manufacturing sites. During that time, it became clear that many employees wanted to improve their health but lacked the guidance and confidence to make sustainable changes. The gap wasn’t motivation — it was understanding.
Later, through work with both elite athletes and the general public, a defining contrast emerged: high-performing individuals consistently developed the ability to understand themselves — their bodies, habits, and needs — and could align their actions with their goals. The general public, by contrast, often struggled to interpret the overwhelming and conflicting information they encountered in the media or online.
OCHealthGroup was created to bridge that gap, through tailored consulting, educational content, and actionable tools. We support organisations and individuals in building self-awareness, reducing injury risk, and driving meaningful, lasting change.
Our mission is to empower people with the tools, education, and self-awareness needed to take ownership of their health — not just for today, but for life. We don’t just tell people what to do; we teach them why it matters and how to make it sustainable.
